Start your weekend with blissful restorative yoga.
Practicing restorative yoga reduces stress and anxiety while increasing relaxation and peace throughout your body and mind. Passive yoga poses are held for several minutes, so props are used to support and nurture your body as it relaxes and begins to gently unwind. Breath and meditation techniques are practiced to quiet your mind and experience true rest.
Open to all levels – no previous yoga experience is required. Especially recommended for people suffering from stress, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety or recovering from illness or injury.
