To start anything new can be overwhelming and uncomfortable. This three-week series introduces you to the history of yoga, postures, breathing techniques & meditation that can help you find balance in your mind & flexibility in your body. Intro to yoga is a safe and fun way to begin the journey to better health and well-being.
