Kids and Tween Yoga by Kids HeArt Yoga.
Created with kids unique-needs-in-mind, Kids HeArt Yoga combines the power of imagination, playfulness, movement and fun. Each class introduces a new theme that is explored through yoga games and poses, dramatic play, art and music, all while incorporating teamwork, empathy, self confidence and gratitude.

Kids Yoga Class Description:
This class introduces yoga to children in a fun and playful way, exploring yoga poses and games, creative movement, dramatic play, and art and ends with peaceful relaxation. Kids will learn to breathe, move and connect with each other in a creative way, building confidence within themselves and the world around them. Recommended ages 5-8.

Tween Class Description:
This inspiring class created for Tweens, blends the power of self-expression through yoga and art. Class includes an art project, fun filled and age appropriate yoga, games, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Tweens leave feeling energized, empowered and always wanting more. Recommended for ages 9-12. All levels and abilities welcome!

Mommy and Me Class Description:
Bond with your baby in this unique and joyful class. Share in a community of other new moms as you practice yoga. Gently encourage your body to recover from the childbirth experience with a physical practice. Breathwork and relaxation will leave you feeling a sense of renewal and a smile!

Teen Class Description:
Experience the uplifting and empowering benefits of yoga practice in a supportive and fun environment with other teens. We will practice breathwork and meditation to ease the mind. Physical postures (asana), as well as age appropriate games, will encourage feelings of security and body confidence. This teen specific practice is ideal for student-athletes and those who may struggle with anxiety, mood disorders, and focus. Recommended for ages 13-18. All levels and abilities welcome!
