Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party. We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.
Class cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible for loss of your cards.
Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Workshop cancellations required a one-week email notice before the workshop takes place.
Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund.
If you miss one class of a series such as teen, kids, intro or teacher training there are no makeup classes offered.
Private Instruction Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice. If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.
Private Party Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private party with less than 24 hour notice.
Studio Maximum Capacity Policy
North Branch Yoga is fortunate to have a large practice space in which classes are held. However, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class. Once this number of people are registered for the class, we would ask that remaining students return to take a different class.
Students can arrive a maximum of 5 minutes late! 5 minutes after class has started no latecomers will be admitted and we will ask that you come to a different class.
Welcome Skokie and Morton Grove Park District Yogis!
Bring in the receipt for your last park district/rec center class session and we will match the price and number of classes in our cards one time. You can use them for any regular class at any time we offer one. We welcome new yoga students and hope this offer will allow you to experience yoga in a studio environment. Limited to Skokie and Morton Grove only.
Lost Items Policy
North Branch Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items, including yoga mats, will be removed and donated or disposed of.
Inclement Weather Policy
In an effort to keep everyone safe during inclement weather we will need to cancel classes from time to time. Please always check our online schedule and on Facebook during inclement weather or inclement weather advisory to find out about any cancellations of classes and events or studio closures.
Groupon and Class Pass Policy
From time to time the studio may participate in crowd building efforts such as Class Pass and Groupon. These are for regularly scheduled classes only and may not be used for any class or workshop that requires pre-registration. Additionally, If you have taken classes here Groupons are invalid.
Monthly Pass Policy
Monthly Pass Billing & Recurring Payment
When you begin your North Branch Yoga membership you will be asked to provide a payment method that will authorize North Branch Yoga to receive payment for your monthly membership at the current rate. You authorize North Branch Yoga to charge your preferred Payment Method for your membership services monthly.
Monthly Pass Billing Cycle
Your payment method will be billed monthly for twelve months based on the date you signed up. There is a minimum of two months to sign up.

You may cancel your North Branch Yoga membership at any time. All cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days BEFORE your next billing cycle, in writing and provided in person or via email to the studio manager.
