Yoga is a lifelong practice and really is for everyone! Your safety is paramount, please listen to your body’s signals and adjust accordingly. For those of you who may say you are inflexible- congratulations! you have a shorter road to travel in order to feel sensation. Be gentle with yourself always.

Any practice is better than none at all. Having said that, you will notice changes and gain strength and flexibility if you practice 2-3 times a week. We offer discounts on class cards in order to facilitate a frequent practice.

All level or 1-2– You can expect a well-rounded practice. A student works at the level he is most comfortable with. Modifications will be offered to all.

Level 1– Level I classes offer the opportunity for inquiry and exploration of the asana practice. The pacing will be slower so as to facilitate safety and allow the body to connect with breath and settle into the poses.

Level 2– This class offers a student the opportunity to spread their wings and fly. Expect new sequencing, more inversions, more arm balances and a deeper connection to your breath and self. This will be more of a vinyasa style class with flowing movement.

Gentle Yoga – We recommend this class for anyone with limited mobility or recovering from an injury. Gentle movement linked with the breath soothes the mind, body, and soul.

Hatha Yoga –  Hatha refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.

Lunch Break Flow –  This beginner level Vinyasa is the perfect class for an hour-long lunch break to get you up and moving.

Restorative Yoga – This class uses a number of props to support the body in passive poses. The supported postures allow deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. This is another excellent class for anyone with limited mobility or recovering from an injury.

Restorative Flow – Gentle yoga and restorative in an hour-long format. Leave this class relaxed and refreshed.

Vinyasa Yoga means a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. It is sometimes described as the “breathing system,” or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps.

Yoga Basics –  “All Level” geared for midday.  You can expect a well-rounded practice. A student works at the level he is most comfortable with. Modifications will be offered to all.

Yoga Sculpt – Yoga Sculpt is a modern form of yoga that combines Vinyasa Yoga, strength training, cardiovascular fitness and core work.
