We Bring the Yoga to You

Give your employees a peaceful break to add focus, calmness and clarity to the day.

Yoga in the business place  has been embraced by many organizations and is a great benefit to your employees. North Branch Yoga offers a range of practices from slow and meditative to energizing and active that we can bring to you. Let us know what your staff needs and we can make it happen.  Yoga provides the primary benefits of relaxation/stress management with the secondary effects of  training and fitness.  Contact Scott at the studio for more info.

North Branch Yoga has been a fantastic partner in helping our district promote employee wellness. Our staff look forward to the monthly yoga sessions provided by North Branch and Felicia, our fantastic instructor. Even the most novice of yoga participants are beginning to realize the advantages it provides to their own well-being.
